1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 313bd platform ("Platform"). By using this website or any of its services, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

313bd is a safe and reliable online entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. 313bd reserves the right to amend these Terms, and any changes will be published on this page. 3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Opening an Account

Each individual may open one account only. If the same person or household operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled and any funds held may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at 313bd is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

313bd currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — a popular mobile banking service in Bangladesh;
• Nagad — the mobile financial service of the postal department;
• Rocket — the mobile banking solution of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Use the correct account number and reference number when making a transaction. 313bd will not be responsible for delays or incomplete transactions caused by incorrect information.

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeline

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed and any applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request. 313bd reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected or additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

313bd offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives you a ৳5,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Attempting to collect bonuses by opening multiple accounts;
• Coordinating with related individuals to circumvent bonus conditions;
• Exploiting technical errors;
• Placing bets with the aim of systematically exploiting any bonus scheme.

If such activity is detected, 313bd reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all associated funds.

6. VIP Program & Rewards

313bd's three-tier VIP program rewards regular players:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%;
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%;
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Players can progressively move up to higher tiers based on their activity and contribution to the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change, and 313bd reserves the right to revise VIP terms at any time. Wagering requirements may apply when claiming cashback benefits.

7. Fair Play & Security

313bd may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or arbitral authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Changes to the Terms
